When I use ForEach/EndForEach in ver 0.7

Hi~ Suresh!

I retest ForEach because 0.7 version is released.
I’m not sure that ver 0.7 fix the bug which I reported (Issue number 820-“Parameter mismatching when using ForEach”)

(Before we go, I wonder that you can see pictures embedded in my mail.
If you can’t see pictures, I will not embed it!! )

I registered bwa_aln_fwd_foreach service. The input parameter ‘fwdFqFile’ and output parameter ‘fwdSaiFile’ have
StringArray Type and URIArray type as you recommended.

The input parameter ‘fwdFqFile’ and output parameter ‘fwdSaiFile’ are connected to ForEach and EndForEach components.
When I execute this workflow, I input comma separated list for ‘fwdSaiFile’.

But XBaya show next error messages. Would you let me know how to use exactly Foreach?

Hi Shinyoung,

Yes we did not fix that bug in 0.7, by the time you report it we were only
fixing blockers, so that we make sure we do the release ontime.

We will definitely fix this issue in 0.8 release or may trunk ASAP, so that
you can use trunk build for your work.

I will look in to all the issues you have reported next week and get back
to you with fixes.

Regards
Lahiru
