EJB binding with local interfaces

Hello WSIF users,

I am working with WSIF and I need to use the EJB binding but with local 
interfaces inside of the Application Server. I have seen that only remote 
interfaces is supported, is this right?, someone has tried to do the same 
with local interfaces?, is it plan to be implemented this functionality?.
