The node cannot be accepted after the signal node only.receive.today is set
to false after SendFlag defaults to false, so at this level of logic, how
do you configure to accept off-day signals.

than 5 bits will be converted to null, no problem.

信号节点only.receive.today 设置为false后无法接受节点 afterSendFlag
默认为false，因此走到了这一层逻辑，该如何配置接受非当天信号
