Deprecated Styles.

Styles that are deprecated after CSS refactoring work done by Adrian.

inputBox
selectBox
textAreaBox
tableheadtext
endcolumns
tabletext
sepbar
viewManyTR1
viewManyTR2
col-right
tabButtonSelected
tabContainer
treeitem


One of the few things that we can do is remove usage of these styles from
different sections of Project.

Actually, endcolumns should be replaced with clear. viewManyTR1 should be replaced with alternate-row.
