I want to be able to retrieve all the properties out of ThreadContext.Properties collection.  This collection does not expose any methods for iteration or for getting keys out of the dictionary.  Could something be added to do this?  (I apologize in advance for filling out any fields incorrectly. This is my first time logging an issue.)
