[PR] HDDS-13526. [Docs] Update snapshot related configuration properties [ozone]

   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   * A few configuration properties were missed from the last doc update. Add them according to ozone-default.xml
   * Generated-by: Google Gemini Pro 2.5 + Gemini Cli
   
   ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA

   ## How was this patch tested?
   
   The new properties added are all coming from ozone-default.xml
