Patch for
src/java/org/apache/lenya/cms/cocoon/acting/DocumentIdExistsAction.java

The attachement also proposes an enhancement of this class so that it can be
used to decide if a given document-id exists in a given area (before it assumed
the document to be in the authoring area only. This behaviour is retained for
backward compatibility if no area is given).
