This test doesn't even catch when this class is essentially broken and spends way too much time ensuring it likely half works.

The whole class and concept is actually entirely unnecessary and over complicated and maybe there was some valid reason I put it in at some point, but if so, it no longer exists, but either way, the test anti climate in it's efforts.
