Update to the "Powered by" page

Hi folks,

Just to bring your attention to a new case study that we've added to our
"powered by" page [1], describing the GESCONSULTOR GRC application.

This app is particularly interesting because it uses its own proprietary
viewer, rather than the default Wicket viewer. It's a nice demonstration
of the openness of Isis as a platform: Isis' unique selling point is
actually its metamodel rather than any viewer implementation per se.

Thanks to Oscar and his team for putting these words together.

~~~
We'd very much like to have a few more case studies on our "powered by"
page.  We don't need much text, but a screenshot or two, along with the
rationale as to why Isis was chosen, would be most welcome.
So, if you can help out, please do.
Thanks
Dan
Hi.
Us are who have to thank you about ISIS.
You are doing a fantastic work giving us the ability to only take care on some ad-on pages and on our domain, and also help us with some common features in web architectures with some modules as audit, command or security.
So many thanks!
It’s even more than that, Cesar.
After a thoughtful technical Due Diligence, Telefonica <strong> has bought </strong> a solution implemented on the Apache Isis platform.
So it’s even more than that.
Both Nacho (currently working for Telefonica) and me (still in the Product Management role) can assure you its technical implementation (clear code, Integ Tests with high code coverage, Isis metamodel, Audit and Security functionalities based on Isis add-ons, etc.) is really valued on Telefonica internal dev teams.
So all we can be confident on Apache Isis capabilities.
It’s a trusted solution.
Regards,
Oscar
Hi folks,
Following on from an email earlier today, just to say that the "powered by"
page has been updated with brief details of another application built with
Apache Isis, namely "CommApp" [1].  Many thanks to Cesar for providing that.
~~~
To reiterate the request I made later, we'd very much like to have a few
more case studies on our "powered by" page. We don't need much text, but a
screenshot or two, along with the rationale as to why Isis was chosen,
would be most welcome.

So, if you can help out, please do.

Many thanks

Dan

It's very nice to hear, thank you Dan for sharing.

The openness of Isis is definitely one of the main reasons we choose it. The other reason is Isis providing value at the same time at being non obtrusive. I tried other frameworks before this one, even a python semantic framework, but most tend to be closed and proprietary with high degree of vendor lock-in.

Cesar.
