agreed.  you would set the value specific to each env and versioned flows understand this.  doesnt change the version.  you can set them through ui, programatically, or through a cli.

i suspect experimenting with flow reg, versioned flows, the cli will help you see how many folks do this well...and securely.  again we can and will do more too.
