New T5 Snapshots

I've put up new snapshots of T5.  Yes folks, invisible instrumentation has
made its return!  Basically, its t:id and/or t:type instead of jwcid.

You can also put page templates in the root context, as in T4.

Much more to do, but things are beginning to really come together.
