NO-JIRA
Hi all,
A small polite ask, in recent it seems we have been committing more and
more using no-jira, in the activemq artemis broker.
Can i ask we revert back to being a little better controlled, with creating
and committing jira's so changes and bug fixes are clear in release.
No-jira really should be for a very small insignificant change, like a typo
or a small doc fix.
Bug fixes, features or any code change, really should be accompanied by a
jira, so its clearly reported in our release notes.
Best
Mike

Hi Micheal,
I think writing this definition in the documentation, could help the
contributors to create better commit messages:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-2694
https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis/pull/3064
Regards,
Domenico
