Hi,
this is why it is called CSV (Comma Seperated Values) and not SSV (Semicolon Seperated Values) :-)
Similar things are configurable in jmeter.properties, so please check there.
Otherwise you'll have to change it with a text editor or a "tr" one-liner on a Unix system...
