For the people who is going to try the manual method describe by Robert Coli i found some difficulties (my errors but could be that someone else have the same problem):

In 1) You have to create the scheme with all the column familys and indexes.

In 4) remember that the files that stored the sstables start with the name of the keyspace. You have to rename the files in order to be recognized by the nodetool refresh.
