Hudson Continuum Build updates

Some updates related to our Hudson Continuum builds :

   - We now have Hudson setup for SCA 1.x, 2.x SDO and DAS
   - All builds are scheduled to run once a night and based on it's
success, SNAPSHOTs are being deployed to [1]
   - The Tuscany nightly build section on our download pages are now
pointing to Hudson logs and snapshot downloads from the snapshot
repository.
