Hello,

there seems to be a minor issue in the plugin.xml file where it requires files by using a case-insensitive name. While this is not in issue on case-insensitive file-systems, it causes the build process to fail on case-sensitive filesystems.

As for a fix, simply renaming each case of {{www/inappbrowser.js}} to {{www/InAppBrowser.js}} in plugin.xml seems fix it.
