Confluence web server needs MIME type mapping for JNLP files

The web server that hosts the exported Confluence content does not appear to be configured to serve JNLP files. It currently returns a JNLP file as plain text:
http://cwiki.apache.org/PIVOT/apache-pivot.data/kitchen_sink.jnlp
However, the actual Wiki serves up the JNLP file fine:
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/download/attachments/108483/kitchen_sink.jnlp?version=1
I believe a mapping for the .jnlp file needs to be added to the server's MIME types ("application/x-java-jnlp-file").
