Tomcat IIS HowTo

Hi,

I followed the instructions in the IIS HowTo document. When I add the
redirect filter to IIS it doesn't show up with the up green arrow mentioned
in the doc. Infact it shows up with a read down arrow and the Enable button
on the dialog is also disabled. The isapi.log files have some entries with
regards to not being able to close the uri_worker thingy.

Any thoughts?
