   Example : [TabsEnabled.zip](https://github.com/apache/royale-asjs/files/6650526/TabsEnabled.zip)
   
   In this example, there are 2 tabs in TabNavigator
   If I click Disable Tab Button then both tabs are disabled 
   TabFile1ID.enabled = false;
   TabFile2ID.enabled = false;
   Body of these tabs are disabled but tab bar buttons are enabled if enabled=false then buttons shouldn't be clickable
   TabBar button should also be disabled (not Clickable) when we set enabled = false for any tab
