I'm not sure I understand the bug. Are you trying to make it so the URL for the
wsdl or for the service take a function?

Currently that is a limitation of the webservice sampler. It does not take any
functions and simply sets the value provided by the GUI. I can take a look at
this next week. This week i am busy. The webservice sampler calls getURL() to
get the URL for the request.
