JSPC not conform to new Jasper?

If you have compiled your JSP pages with a older version of Jasper, and then try
to compile your .java with a newer version of jasper, you'll get what you
deserved.  The API between the compiler and its runtime library is not public
and can change.  Always recompile your JSP pages when upgrading your Tomcat.
