TROUBLE WITH START UP

I just installed xindice on a Windows XP machine and I get the following
message:  Other than this, it seems to be working.  I previously
installed xindice on another Win XP machine w/o errors.  I'm using J2SDK
1.4.1.  Any suggestions?
