JK 1.2.32 release kick

Hi,

I have a time slot available so I volunteer as a 1.2.32 RM.
Think we are good for a new release.

Comments, objections?

Prepared and made couple of dry runs. So far so good.
and all platforms build cleanly.

We'll have a simplified dist layout starting from this
release (something I wish to do for a long time)

Basically, instead insane layout sources/version/file-version.extension
and binaries/platform/version/version-webserver.dll
we will have standard and more intuitive layout:

dist/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/jk/version-src.ext
dist/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/jk/binaries/platform/version-webserver-platform.zip

So no more sources dir. Top level is source.
Next the .so and .dll files won't be renamed any more
but instead will be inside .zip file together with LICENSE, NOTICE and
README, and that .zip file will be signed.
So user won't have to rename the .dll/.so after downloading.

I'll tag tomorrow, prepare a dist and call for a vote.
Already targeted a 8th July as a release date, so we'll
finally have the up to date docs in the release.
