Hot Deployement Initial Prototype

Hi ;

I implemented a prototype for hot deployment, it will check whether a specific folder is update (check whether new .jar files are add to the folder) , if so it will load those files and writes them to ./resource/Deployed.txt file. 

 





So please can some one commit this code.
