Hudson - changed Client projects to keep fewer builds

There are rather a lot of old HC Client builds on Hudson; these occupy
a lot of disk space and may be contributing to slowing the system
down.

I have set the number of days & builds to keep to 5, which is what the
HC Core projects use.
