[C1] [PATCH] support for specifying the user agent in the command line

Hi,

The following patch adds support for specifying the user agent in the command
line. I use it together with Cocoon and my XSLT-process mode for (X)Emacs (see
http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Monitor/7464/emacs/xslt-process/) to
generate output for various device types without having to exit from (X)Emacs
or the need of a Web server/servlet engine.

Using the modified Cocoon one can specify the user agent using the -A option to
Cocoon. This is what the XSLT-process mode does to specify the user agent.

The patch is against the latest top-of-the-trunk Cocoon1 as of today.

Regards,
