File Description taken fron wrong file

I have a directory on a web server:
http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/files/sw-test

In the .htaccess file for that directory the following lines appear:

AddDescription "This is a test document" test.doc
AddDescription "This is a file test" file-test.doc

Yet, as you can see, when Apache does a directory listing, the description it 
shows for file-test.doc is the one for test.doc.
