That requirement is easier said than done, since the complete list of the 
shared APIs is a moving target (and is huge).
Also, given the way Java compilation tech works, it's impossible to implement 
correctly with Jasper.

That being said, the HEAD branch uses a few very specific tricks, and does what 
you want. The fix will not be ported to the 4.0.x however, as it's too 
experimental.
