   Re-opening.
   
   Fauxton can't be accessed on Windows right now.
   
   The built files are placed in `rel/overlay/share/www` correctly, but `GET /_utils/index.html` returns `Not found.` I suspect this is related to recent changes to `couchdb.cmd`.
