As already discussed in [1], the Maven team wants to play with forrestdoc. A Maven JIRA was created [2].

We will wait till David is back (discussion needs to finalize), but personally I like to apply the patch as is.

I would like us to hold on with this until the Forrest project decides what to do with "forrestdoc".

Here is the Maven 2 pom.

Some notes: 
* artifact is called forrest-whiteboard-forrestdoc
* Added Sun tools.jar as dependency (which is not provided in the actual build)
* Added project informations which could be in a Forrest parent POM in future
