Cocoon Debugger and Forrest 0.7

Am I correct to assume that the cocoon debugger we recently discovered
will not work for Forrest 0.7 because it is not yet using blocks?

Perhaps the ability that Ferdinand is looking for
was added to Cocoon after our 0.7 release. So you
would need to upgrade the Forrest-packaged Cocoon.

No, we have been using blocks for as long as they have existed.
