add Thorsten to forrest-developers group in Jira
In our Jira issue tracker there is a group of registered
users called "forrest-developers". This group has some
more admin permissions than normal registered users.
They can change priorities, re-open issues, close issues,
edit the opening bug description, and generally help to
keep the issue tracker tidy.
Since Thorsten is a "committer" i think that he should
be on that group. I have admin privs to do it. However,
i wanted to check here first.
