[jira] Resolved: (DERBY-1491) Provide ALTER TABLE functionality to change a column's default value

Bryan Pendleton resolved DERBY-1491.
------------------------------------

    Fix Version/s: 10.3.0.0
       Resolution: Fixed
       Derby Info: [Release Note Needed]

I decide that this patch was pretty low-risk, since it only contains tests, so I
went ahead and committed it to subversion as revision 440550.

Additional changes will be needed to address the documentation.

I will include a release note as a comment to this JIRA.
