[~vitalii] my suggestion is the following:
1. Each time user clicks on Export button there would be a pop-up with radio button format choice.
2. Export all button would be placed in bottom right corner, each time user clicks on it there would be a pop-up with radio button format choice (the same as for Export button) plus checkbox (unchecked by default) to include disable plugins.
Also please don't forget that we have export button when updating plugin content.
