David,

It appears that the testsuite module has a dependancy on the descriptors 
jar and the source distribution in rc3 did not contain the descriptors 
directory structure. 

I'm not sure if there should be a new source build done or if there is 
another way to solve this problem. David, can you comment on this?

I'm trying to build the 1.0.1-rc3 source using the "maven 
fullDeployment" command and I get the following error:
