PVLAN - When vms are live migrated , we donot see the the rules relating to this user Vm being deleted from the old host and programmed in new host.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Advance zone  cluster with 2 hosts. Create  Shared NW1 with private Vlan. 
2. Deploy few Vms in this network. 
3. Perform VM Manual live migration for one of user Vms in this network.

After live migration , we still see the following 2 rules relating to the Vm migrated exist in the old host and not being programmed in the new host:
