Deceit on a Dutch internetsite

Hello

On the dutch internetsite www.officebestellen.nl they let you download
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.0 when you have pay 49,95 Euro.
I did this thinking another office programm , i have download your programm
free

Bestel nu en betaal slechts
€ 159,- € 49,95



Hope you cane do somthing on it this is deceit

Thank you for reporting this. We see many of those, unfortunately: see 
http://s.apache.org/genuine-openoffice

Can you confirm that what you downloaded (while advertised with a 
different name on the web pages) was an exact copy of Apache OpenOffice 
4.1.0?

Even though it's not visible (legal and trademark issues are dealt with 
in private) we do take actions against misuse of our trademarks when we 
can. So reports are always welcome even if we can't disclose the actions 
we take.
