serializer object in vb

i have try to execute the example to call un apache soap service from vb.
i have this error from method Reader.faultstring.Text

No Deserializer found for  deserialize  a ':param1' using encodin style
'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/

any suggestion?
