Until we release a Subversion which links against the apr-util in
2.0.49, you'll want to use the db42-support-patch.txt found in our
tarball's www/ area.

No, because it's already in our FAQ (which you obviously didn't check
before sending your mail, didja? :-)

We always try to track the latest released apr and apr-util, so I
don't think I'm going too far out on a limb by responding, "Yes."
