[logging-log4cxx] branch logcxx_400_unsigned_vs_cast created (now 10e2ed4)

      at 10e2ed4  logchar for UTF-8 is now "unsigned char" instead of "char", which made a lot of chances in charset handling and ByteBuffer necessary to compile. The lib itself seems to compile, tests not yet.
