error accessing journals from distributed cache:

This is because in 

org.apache.hadoop.filecache.TrackerDistributedCacheManager downloadCacheObject

In < if (!localFs.rename(workDir, finalDir)) > , the file rename in windows failed and made instead a copy of the file. Thus, the required cache file does not exist in the required folder.
