[ANNOUNCE]New Committers of Apache RocketMQ: Chen Guangsheng, Jin Rongtong and Fang Jian

Hi Apache RocketMQ Community,




The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache RocketMQ has invited

  Chen Guangsheng(apache id: chenguangsheng),

  Jin Rongtong(apache id: jinrongtong),

  Fang Jian(apache id: fangjian0423)

to become a committer, and we are pleased to announce that both of them have accepted. 




Congrats, guys :-)




Notice: Being a committer enables easier contribution to the project since there is no need to go via the patch submission process. This should enable better productivity.
