[I] Support ordering in ST_Collect_Agg [sedona-db]
paleolimbot opened a new issue, #1337:
URL: https://github.com/apache/sedona-db/issues/1337
Currently ordering is not respected for ST_Collect_Agg (https://github.com/apache/sedona-db/issues/1334) and after #1335 we explicitly reject it since it is not actually supported.
In order to actually support it, we need to implement `reverse_expr` (e.g., https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/17165 ). This is complex, so I'm going to attempt it as a standalone change. Most of the other aggregate UDFs we have are order insensitive, which #1335 advertises and does not flag as unsupported.
