Sequence Manager is copying security credentials from inbound eprs to use on outbound eprs.  As we only need the address will strip the rest of the EPR.  The inbound security credentials cannot be re-used.

    Resolution: Invalid

Although this fixed the security problem, it would not work in clustered environment.  Back to the drawing board!
