[I] Add full DLQ backlog and aging portfolio analysis [rocketmq-dashboard]
yuluo-yx opened a new issue, #3203:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues/3203
### Problem\n\nThe DLQ page is paginated and supports per-group message operations, but operators cannot assess the full instance backlog, concentration, last-enqueue age, retry totals, or unavailable statistics without exporting and manually combining pages.\n\n### Proposed solution\n\nAdd an on-demand, read-only portfolio drawer that loads all DLQ groups in bounded pages and provides backlog totals, per-group shares, age buckets, status distribution, unavailable/unknown metadata counts, filters, and CSV export.\n\nThis feature does not read message bodies or invoke resend operations and is separate from per-group list performance and resend-result work.

**Issue Evaluation**
Category: `enhancement` | Status: **Evaluated**
**Feasibility:** Feasible
**Scope:** DLQ page UI, read-only analytics layer over existing paginated DLQ group API
**Compatibility:** No breaking changes — additive read-only view
This addresses a real operational gap: operators currently need to manually export and combine paginated DLQ data to assess backlog concentration and aging. The proposed portfolio drawer is well-bounded:
- Read-only (no message body reads, no resend) — correct separation of concerns
- Bounded page loading prevents unbounded memory use
- Age buckets and status distribution provide actionable operational insight
- CSV export supports offline analysis
Distinct from per-group resend workflows — good scoping.
