AXIS2_URI_UNP_OMITQUERY documentation is incorrect. The AXIS2_URI_UNP_OMITQUERY flag used in uri_to_string() omits both query and fragment ('#' part), but, in the documentation it says only query string. This is thus not compliant to RFC2396 that treats query and fragment as two components, as in [1]. Thus, the ideal fix would be to introduce another flag, AXIS2_URI_UNP_OMITFRAGMENT. But, as this may lead to API inconsistencies since the constant has been around, it is better to define two new constants AXIS2_URI_UNP_OMITFRAGMENT_ONLY and AXIS2_URI_UNP_OMITQUERY_ONLY and define AXIS2_URI_UNP_OMITQUERY as,

#define AXIS2_URI_UNP_OMITQUERY  (AXIS2_URI_UNP_OMITFRAGMENT_ONLY | AXIS2_URI_UNP_OMITQUERY_ONLY)
