Dear commiters,
Please consider these people at a time you decide to increase # of 
commiters.

Peter.PILGRIM, Matt Raible, Brandon Goodin, John Yu, Don Brown.

In general, they have contributed to Struts and could/should fix things 
themselves, as opposed to ask for things to be fixed, but you can form 
your opinion by monitoring their posts.
