slightly improved I18nTransformer

Hi,

here's slightly improved I18nTransformer:
 - it does not crash with Null Pointer Exception anymore
 - it removes i:tr tags and attributes (I don't know if this was proposed,
but it's quite useful).

No warranties, I tested it only with my personal project.

i've checked in you enhanced I18nTransformer. I had to run it through a
beautifier to make the code confirm to the coding convention we use. So
please all commiters and patchers keep using it and don't use tabs to
indent; use 4 blanks
