FTPSource was transferring files in ascii mode. I changed this to binary.

Unfortunately there is no well defined way for FTPSource to determine whether it
is dealing with an ascii file or not. Since ascii transfer mode messes up binary
files a lot more than binary mode does ascii files it should transfer files in
binary mode. The worse that can happen now is that ascii line breaks get messed up.
