IMPALA-15433: [DOCS] Document Iceberg V3 tables, row lineage and column defaults

Add concepts to impala_iceberg.xml about Iceberg V3 tables (creating and
upgrading, deletion vectors, the restriction on V2 position delete files),
column default values and the row lineage columns _row_id and
_last_updated_sequence_number. Update the DELETE, UPDATE, MERGE and OPTIMIZE
TABLE sections for V3 tables and for MERGE on tables with equality deletes,
correct the text about the supported delete files, the default format version
and ORC and Avro data files, and document write.delete.format.default. Update
impala_dml.xml, impala_alter_table.xml and impala_langref_unsupported.xml.
Covers: IMPALA-14738, IMPALA-14836, IMPALA-15071, IMPALA-14588, IMPALA-14913,
IMPALA-14937, IMPALA-14592, IMPALA-14825, IMPALA-14589, IMPALA-13674,
